On the next page of the wizard, select the Custom share option and click Next to continue. On the next page, type in the path to the shared folder and click Next to continue. On the next page, type in a name for the share and click Next to continue.

On the next page, select the Allow clients to connect through Remote Desktop Services check box and click Next to continue. On the next page, click Finish to create the share.

Step Three: Configure the Client Computers

The final step in configuring file and print services is to properly configure the client computers. This can be accomplished by using the Group Policy Management Console. To launch the Group Policy Management Console, click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Group Policy Management.

In the Group Policy Management Console, expand the Forest node and then expand the Domains node. Right-click on the domain that you want to configure and select Create a GPO in this domain, and link it here. Type in a name for the GPO and click OK to continue.

Right-click on the GPO that you just created and select Edit. In the Group Policy Management Editor, expand the Computer Configuration node, expand the Policies node, expand the Administrative Templates node, expand the Printers node, and then click on the Point and Print Restrictions item. Double-click on the Point and Print Restrictions item to edit it.

Select the Enabled option and click OK to close the dialog box. Close the Group Policy Management Editor and then close the Group Policy Management Console.
